Join Our Team at Animal Medical Center
Client Service Representatives are the face and voice of AMC. They ensure exceptional client experiences by educating pet owners on wellness topics, scheduling appointments, handling phone inquiries, processing transactions, managing patient records, and maintaining the reception area. Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service are essential.
Are you looking for a career where your skills, passion, and dedication make a difference every day? At Animal Medical Center (AMC), we are committed to providing top-tier veterinary care while fostering a warm, team-oriented environment. Our exceptional team members are at the heart of our practice, and we are always excited to welcome talented, compassionate individuals who share our commitment to excellence in veterinary medicine.

Even if we are not actively hiring for a specific position, we are always eager to connect with experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing outstanding care to pets and their families.
Our Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVTs) and Veterinary Nurses (on-the-job-trained) play a crucial role in our practice. Their responsibilities include assisting doctors, performing laboratory procedures, radiology, pharmacy management, surgical assistance, hospitalized patient care, client communication, and ensuring hospital safety and compliance.
At AMC, our veterinary nurses receive extensive training and mentorship. While some join us with formal credentials, most of our team members have been trained in-house through our structured mentorship program. Our technicians and nurses are highly skilled, with most having three to five years of experience. Whether you are an experienced professional or eager to grow in the field, we provide the support and training needed to succeed.
Veterinary Assistants serve as entry-level veterinary nurses and typically have experience as an Animal Care Attendant at AMC or in another practice. They provide essential support by performing basic nursing tasks while continuing to build their technical skills. Depending on performance and aptitude, Veterinary Assistants may be promoted to Veterinary Nurse within 8 to 18 months of demonstrated excellence.
Animal Care Attendants ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of our patients. They are responsible for animal handling, feeding, bathing, medical grooming, hospital cleaning, laundry, and record keeping. The ACA role is an excellent starting point for those interested in advancing their careers in veterinary medicine, with many ACAs transitioning into Veterinary Assistant roles over time.
