Inpatient & Surgical Services

While we provide comprehensive primary care, we may refer to specialists when necessary to ensure the best outcome for your pet.

Thank you for choosing Animal Medical Center for your pet's care. Our commitment is to provide exceptional veterinary care with compassion and respect. Please review our policies to ensure a smooth experience.

All pets must be leashed or in a carrier while on hospital grounds.
If your pet is anxious or aggressive, inform our staff in advance so we can assist with a lower-stress visit.
Appointments require 24-hour cancellation, and surgeries require 48-hour cancellation. Missed appointments are subject to a $50 fee, which is non-refundable but may be applied toward your next visit.

Payment is due in full at the time of service.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, CareCredit, debit cards, cash, and checks.
CareCredit offers 6-month interest-free payment plans (subject to credit approval).
A $25 fee applies to any returned check.
Unpaid balances are subject to a $5 monthly billing fee and 1% monthly interest.

A deposit of at least 50% of the estimated cost is required before admission.
The remaining balance is due at the time of discharge.
We provide written estimates for all inpatient services, but final costs may vary based on your pet’s needs. Any changes will be communicated before discharge.
